Welcome to our website, www.goimagescan.com (the “Site”).  By using this Site, you, and any entity for which you are acting as an agent, agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).  We may change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on this Site.  Your continued access or use of this Site after revision or modification of the Terms shall constitute acceptance by you of all such revisions and modifications.  The terms “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the customer utilizing our Site.  The terms “ImageScan,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ImageScan.

Content.  Unless otherwise noted, all materials on this Site including, but not limited to, the website design, images, text, graphics, names, logos, button icons, photographs, video clips, audio clips, as well as the selection, assembly and overall “look and feel” of the Site (collectively, the “Content”), are the sole property of ImageScan and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.  You are hereby granted a non-exclusive license to view and print the pages of this Site for your personal use only.  You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any Content, information, products or services contained on this Site. Privacy.  Our Privacy Policy with respect to information that you may provide to us is available below .

Customer Only Login.  To access the Customer Only Login portion of this Site, you must (i) be a current customer of ImageScan, (ii) receive a username and password directly from ImageScan and (iii) agree to the terms of the User Agreement posted on the Customer Only Login page.

Ideas And Comments Submitted to ImageScan.  ImageScan will not be required to treat any ideas or comments you submit to us as confidential and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities between your ideas or comments and future ImageScan operations.  Without limitation, ImageScan will have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to any ideas or comments you submit to ImageScan.  You acknowledge that you are responsible for whatever material you submit, and you, not ImageScan, have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright.

Governing Law; Jurisdiction.  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to its rules regarding conflicts of law.  You expressly agree that the state and federal courts located in Maryland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims arising out of these Terms and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability.  If any part of these Terms are determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in effect.

Waiver.  The failure of ImageScan to enforce any of the provisions hereof or the failure of ImageScan to notify any user of any violations of any of the provisions of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of the rights of ImageScan thereafter to enforce such provision.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to all information submitted by you or an individual acting as your agent, through our website, www.goimagescan.com (“Site”).  By using this Site, you or the company for which you are acting as an agent, agree to this Privacy Policy.  Our Terms and Conditions above take precedence over any conflicting provision contained herein.  We may change our Privacy Policy by posting a new version of the policy on this page.  Your continued access and/or use of this Site after revision or modification of this Privacy Policy shall constitute acceptance by you of all such revisions and modifications.  The terms “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the customer utilizing our Site.  The terms “ImageScan,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ImageScan.

Personal Information Collected.  On certain pages of this Site, you may submit personally-identifiable information about yourself to ImageScan such as your name, address, email address and phone number. 

Use of Personal Information.  If you choose to submit personally-identifiable information to ImageScan, we may use such information for our business purposes including, but not limited to, responding to your questions, fulfilling your requests for certain products, services and materials, personalizing your experience on our Site, and keeping you up to date on the latest announcements, special offers or other information we think you would like to hear about either from us or from our business partners. 

Disclosure.  In addition to the foregoing uses, ImageScan may disclose your personally-identifiable information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on ImageScan or this Site; (ii) protect ImageScan’s rights or property, or (iii) protect the safety of our customers, our employees or the public.  We may also provide such information to third parties assisting in the sale, training, support or implementation of an ImageScan service.  If ImageScan should ever file for bankruptcy or merge with another company, we may transfer all information, including personally-identifiable information, you provide to us on this Site to a third party or share such information with the company we merge with.

Updating and Changing Your Personal Information.  You can request an update, change or delete all personally-identifiable information you have provided to us by emailing us at admin@goimagescan.com.
